LEE FELDMAN is the Managing Partner of Twin Lakes Capital, a private equity firm focused on branded consumer products, media and business services which he co-founded in 2007. He is Chairman of the Board of Sergio Tacchini and a co-founder and member of the board of directors of Guide Beauty. From 2008 through 2015, he was also the CEO of Aurora Brands: the owner of both MacKenzie-Childs and Jay Strongwater, the iconic American luxury home furnishings and personal accessories companies.

Prior to co-founding Twin Lakes, Feldman was a partner at Softbank Capital Partners. He has a B.A and J.D. from Columbia University.

HOWARD COHEN is a Partner of Twin Lakes Capital, a private equity firm focused on branded consumer products, media and business services which he co-founded in 2007. He is a member of the Sergio Tacchini board of directors and a co-founder and member of the board of directors of Guide Beauty. From 2008 through 2015, he was also the CFO and COO of Aurora Brands: the owner of both MacKenzie-Childs and Jay Strongwater, the iconic American luxury home furnishings and personal accessories companies.

Prior to co-founding Twin Lakes, Cohen had extensive experience managing the financial and operational matters of private equity backed businesses. From 2000 through 2006 he was the CFO and a principal investor in Element K LLC, a global learning solutions provider.

Prior to that, Cohen was the CFO of Ziff-Davis Education, a division of Ziff-Davis Inc. He began his career at Ernst & Young LLP and was a member of its New York City based Restructuring practice.

Cohen is a CPA and has a B.S. in Accounting from SUNY Albany.
