LEE FELDMAN is the Managing Partner of Twin Lakes Capital, a private equity firm focused on branded consumer products, media and business services which he co-founded in 2007. From 2008 through 2015, he was also the CEO of Aurora Brands: the owner of both MacKenzie-Childs and Jay Strongwater, the iconic American luxury home furnishings and personal accessories companies. Feldman was named the CEO of Aurora Brands when Twin Lakes led the acquisition of the business. He is also the Chairman of the Board of GVC Holdings (LSE: GVC.L) and a member of the boards of directors of Aurora Brands, Pacific Health Labs and LRN.

Prior to co-founding Twin Lakes, Feldman was a partner in Softbank Capital Partners, ran corporate development at a major media company and was a member of the senior management team of two leveraged roll-ups. He began his career as a corporate lawyer and has a B.A and J.D. from Columbia University.

HOWARD COHEN is a Partner in Twin Lakes Capital, a private equity firm focused on branded consumer products, media and business services which he co-founded in 2007. From 2008 through 2015 he was also the CFO and COO of Aurora Brands: the owner of both MacKenzie-Childs and Jay Strongwater, the iconic American luxury home furnishings and personal accessories companies. Cohen was named the CFO and COO of Aurora Brands when Twin Lakes led the acquisition of the business. He is a member of its board of directors.

Prior to co-founding Twin Lakes, Cohen had extensive experience managing the financial and operational matters of private equity backed businesses. From 2000 through 2006 he was the CFO and a principal investor in Element K LLC, a global learning solutions provider.

Prior to that Cohen was the CFO of Ziff-Davis Education, a division of Ziff-Davis Inc. He began his career at Ernst & Young LLP and was a member of its New York City based Restructuring practice.

Cohen is a CPA and has a B.S. in Accounting from SUNY Albany.
